What is the atmosphere like?

The massages are given in a warm, private & quiet room with low lighting and soothing music.

Do I need to undress ?

You may choose to wear undergarments or for a full body massage most people undress completely. It is up to the comfort level of the individual. The therapist will leave the room while you disrobe and you will be instructed to lie on the table and cover yourself with a clean sheet. You are warmly draped at all times, except for the area being worked on.

What do I need to do during my massage?

RELAX.... and make yourself comfortable. Your therapist may ask you to adjust your position or turn over. Please feel free to change your position at any time to make yourself more comfortable

How will I feel after the massage?

Most people feel relaxed and focused after a session. Some people experience relief from chronic aches and pains with regular massages. Immediately after the session, you may feel relaxed or sleepy. Time will be provided for you to acclimate and get dressed after the therapist leaves the room. After the massage, some will experience an increase in energy and greater productivity which can last from a few hours to a few days. Others may feel relaxed for an extended period of time. During a massage, toxins are removed from your tissues and into the blood stream. It is important to drink plenty of water after your massage.
